The highest step of making are ducts is the prodction with integrated PDF flange, fully automated. As the name says you will get a closed duct with Pittsburgh seam and integrated flange in less than 60 sec. In order to complete the automatism, we do have also machines for putting in the corner pieces into the flanges.
