Hands-on experience
In ductwork since 1989, including co-development of the formed-on flange systems TDC and CGF.
Our own machines
We develop the Tubeformer machines of the Ultra series in-house. They are manufactured with specialist companies from the Hunsrück region and assembled in Wiebelsheim.
Everything from one source
Machines for rectangular and round ductwork, cutting, welding, coil handling, silencers, flexible ducts and software. On request we equip complete plants.

Our history

1989 – 1996
- Market launch of plasma cutting systems in Europe
- Introduction of the TDC formed-on flange system in Germany
- Development and market launch of a machine for swivel bends in chimney construction
- 1992 Foundation of Wammes Sheet Metal, machine sales.

1996 – 2004
- Development of the CGF formed-on flange system with leading European duct manufacturers, market launch in Europe, Asia and the Middle East
- Introduction of the integrated flange system in these markets
- 1997 Foundation and renaming as Wammes Machinery GmbH.
- since 2008 Manufacturing with qualified specialist companies from the Hunsrück region, for more capacity and shorter service routes.
- 2020 Generation change after 30 years: Mathias Wammes and Dmitri Lang take over, since then Wammes Machinery LW GmbH. The experienced team has stayed.
- today Our own designs such as the Tubeformer machines of the Ultra series, special machines built to customer requirements and the competence centre in Wiebelsheim. Over 1,500 machines have been sold.
