3-Machine-System

This semi-automatic system is designed for producing rectangular ducts with a profiled PDF frame flange up to 1,500 mm in width.
With one operator per station, the complete manufacturing process — including the closed Pittsburgh lock and the reinforced rectangular duct with the PDF-3 frame profile (e.g., 500 × 500 mm) — takes about one minute per duct.
All PDF flange systems reliably achieve leakage class C. Our PDF-3 system even reaches leakage class D, as confirmed by well-known European customers.
