Highlights

Central job and Article Management

The main order entry takes place in our specially delivered WammesCAM Software. This is where all dimensions, seam types, quantities and takeoffs are entered. Finally a job is generated with a specific number.

Data Transfer to the Control via LAN / WLAN

The generated job is transferred from the „office PC“ to the machine control (components from Siemens, Schneider Electric, Rittal, etc.) and the working process can be started by the operator immediately. Also other CAM systems that are in the market can operate our machines (via predefined .xls or .xlsx format) directly.

Short Ducts with cut Optimization to Reduce Waste

The program interlaces different channel lengths (with the same cross-section) as long as the coil width of 1,500 mm is filled. This option is currently not offered by any other manufacturer.

Ducts with Opening cuts for Takeoffs

Ducts with Holes for tie Rods

The standards for tie rods, that has been implemented in the WammesCAM Software (after DIN or as a factory standard), automatically applies to the duct. Furthermore, ducts can be entered as “catalogue parts”, which already contain opening cuts so that only the quantity remains to be added.

Ducts with Smallest Possible Cross Sections

• 100 x 100 mm with ducts seam, as "box"

• 55 x 100 mm with snaplock seam, as "L"

• Possible as box, in L, U and I shape

• Specific seam allowances are entered and freely selectable in the order

• Cuts of plane sheets, for example for the plasma cutter
